No one was there to accept the truck. I drove to another local location, but they told me I would have to drop it at the original location. I asked for a phone number for Uhaul and they couldn't give it to me. Drove back to the abandoned location and tried to return the truck with the stupid phone app. It didn't work and then instructed me to just drop the keys in a box. Why can't there be a phone number for customer support?
