The mirror on the drivers side started spinning and later fell off. It was a safety hazard and scary. We had to tape it back on in order to get back home.

I was told at pickup the rental was good for 24 hrs. Was charged for 2 days, not one. That is the only reason you're not getting an excellent review. If it was the location's error, then more customer service training is needed.

As mentioned prior the grease was thick on all trailer parts, so I asked the person at the drop off to help me,given I was going to work. She said she knew nothing about unhooking trailers ! .. so I did it and had then to find a place to have the grease removed .. again .. yes this was a disaster.

Worst customer service I have every experienced. Sales lady was rude, cursing several times, and disrespected myself and my colleague. She then told me I could not bring the trailer to the closest location to where I was moving, I had to drive an additional 62 miles out of the way to bring it back to that location. Then in an attempt to make up for how she acted, she said since I had to turn it in about an hour late, I would not be charged the second day, which I was charged anyway. I have used uhaul several times and this is by far the worst.

The move did not start off well, as I'd refused the additional coverage and yet it was added and my card already charged. When I brought this to the attention of the rep, she reversed the entire charge and was about to charge my card a second time. Knowing that the reversal charge would not immediately be available, I informed the rep that I did not have enough to cover double charges. She continued to say it would be immediately reversed on my card, to which I told her it would not happen. We finally contacted Uhaul and they advised not to recharge my card at that time, but I spent the 4 days sweating whether my card would be cleaned out by another charge. In the end, the charges were reconciled without a double charge.

Horrible experience on website- kept crashing while making reservation. UHaul Computers were down when I? went to pick up, so it took an hour to pick up a $20 trailer. Ridiculous. Staff was very nice and apologetic, but UHAUL SUCKS! I? won't be back.

I was planning on picking up the truck at a different location. I was notified that location didn't have the truck available and switched me to this location. I would think there could be some way your website could be updated to know which trucks are available at each location at the time of booking

The service rep didn't understand the u-haul rental/storage unit 1 month free offer - had she understood it, I would have rented the U-Haul first, then the storage unit so I could get a month free

the service was good when rented vehicle but I was overcharged and they are not getting back with me with a response to why. My bill looks like I was charged for two days in error when it was supposed to be one day returning the vehicle after closing hours.
