Pamala MEverything at drop off went smoothly. No complaints.
DEANNA MDon’t try to drop off during hours when the employees might be off. The facility is behind a locked gate with which you need a code. Luckily when I was trying to drop off, people who utilized the storage facility were available to let me through.
Channing GWendy was absolutely one of the most pleasant ladies I have ever had the chance to deal with in this industry. She was so helpful and nice and informative and really made our experience so much better. ❤️ she really deserves a raise. You just can't find people like her anymore that work with the public.
