I am not pleased that there was no counter person to check out the van when I picked it up and when I returned it. It was difficult to use the phone application to being with. When I checked the van back in, the website said that someone will get back to me. No one ever did. I followed up the next day with a text message to ensure that everything was good, but again I did not get a response. I hope that this is not the future for u-haul for it is horrible. I will be needing a 26' or larger truck for a one way trip in the next few months but if u-haul has nothing but these personless operations when I need the truck, I most likely will do business with another company.

Nick A.Pick up and vehicle use was fine. Uhaul customer service could use some work though. I called them and was put on hold for what I was told would be 20-30 minutes. I didn't get my call back for almost an hour and a half later. Not a great feeling to be waiting that long. However the person who eventually picked up was helpful.
