sydney yI returned the vehicle and put gas in the van to the level received but was charged for 3 days rental plus 1/2 tank of gas. I call and left 2 messages for corporate accounts to call me back but no one has called in more than 24 hours.
Mauro GThis location was excellent. The location I originally booked storage X in Port Washington was horrible. I arrived to pick up the truck and they told me they were not doing rentals that day. I had to change my plans and I was late in getting the job done and I had to pay my crew overtime. I’m expecting $50 from U-Haul for not having the truck there and available for me to take.
Paul PI was given the wrong key when picking up the truck and had to call support.
