Male representative (Kirk) was extremely rude, curt and unprofessional! When I arrived to pick up my UHaul Cargo Van I was asked a few questions by a young lady. She proceeded to advise that she was going to call to verify my number, I advised I didn't have my cell on me. Kirk, out of nowhere asked "You don't have your cell?" I responded "No", he asked "Where is it?" I was flabbergasted at his ridiculous question!! Did he mistake me for his daughter??? His question and tone was completely unnecessary! I then advised with an attitude, I don't have my cell & that's it! He then had the audacity to advise "well, you've rented from us before so you should've known this is." Again I fail to understand how anyone can talk to a customer in such a rude manner and unprofessionally. When I returned my rental the initial contract stated $1.59 per mile, when I received my email with final cost and breakdown it showed $1,79 per mile having me to call and waste 20 mins to get it handled. I'm extremely disappointed in the manner in which I was treated and being charged incorrectly. This is not good.

I originally reserved 17' truck, when customer expects specific stuff, reserves it, pays for it and relays on it Uhaul must provide that service and not disappoint customer at last minute and then not even bother with giving customer inconvenience discounts or something. People at this location were nice but I would not recommend Uhaul to anybody!!!

My bill is wrong! There is a $19 charge for fuel and I drove 2 miles! Also, when returning the van, I was told I did not need to put any fuel in it. I refuse to pay this additional fee on top of what I was already charged!!!

The customer service was awful. Very unhelpful and they promised that the blankets were in the uhaul and after driving miles we realized they weren't and had to go all the way back and they charged us the extra miles as well. She was rude and not nice throughout the process.

The staff and rental process are great and the equipment we rented was excellent, but the building, especially the sales lobby is in terrible condition. The roof leaks, although whether from the plumbing or an external source I don't know. The staff must cover the boxes and other shipping materials with tarps to protect them. The dripping water, puddles, and generally rundown condition must make this an unpleasant, and probably unsafe, place to work.

Literally the worst customer service experience I have had during any rental experience in my life. I run a gallery in the neighborhood and will not only never use your company again, I will actively encourage others to stop going their as well. Overpriced, crooked, and not helpful staff over charging me to use outdated vans. Your company should be ashamed that it offers such low grade service.

The guy who checked me in was nice, but check out was terrible. They kept trying to force me to use the app and i did not want to. I have been here several times and it is so slow. The slowest of any station I have ever used.

When I went into the location, there was so much water on the floor and water dripping from the roof. There wasn't a sign at all where it said to be careful or to watch your step. It seem so messy even though it was clean. I asked the customer service rep about the information I saw about purchasing boxes online while reserving the van and he had no idea what I was talking about. How is it an employee has no idea the information advertised on the companies website in which he works for? The overall look of the store just seemed so unorganized. Then, when I went to return the truck, I had to go into the rental office 3 separate times to ask where is the worker to collect the keys. The gentleman at the desk radioed the individual each time; then he had to literally describe the individual to me as well as his uniform just so i'll know who he was because he was nowhere to be found. I've rented out a uhaul 2 separate times in the pass few weeks before coming to this location and i now know if its not broken don't fix it. Coming to this location was a mess.
