Reserved online for mobile pickup for 6am. Was called 2 days later and told they don't open until 7am and don't offer that app service. Then the morning of pickup I received a text stating I couldn't pick up until 9am. I had to move furniture and get on a flight by 3pm but who cares right? I arrived at 9am to pickup. There were 3 people in front of me to pickup and ONE VERY SLOW EMPLOYEE working the desk. She finally called for help right before my turn. He was quick but I still didn't get out of there until after 9:30am. I photographed mileage before leaving store (8623mi) and upon return (8629mi) that adds up to 6 miles. I was charged for 10 miles and 2 gallons of gas even though the gas gauge went from 3/8 to more than 1/4. Also, I returned the vehicle by noon. So I was overcharged. Don't offer app pickup if you can't comply with it.

The gas issue. I did not receive a vehicle with a full tank of gas. It was at 5/8. I have to or had to bring it back at 5/8. So, you put the burden on the customer of - before returning - going to the pump and guessing how much gas to replace. And, if you put in a little under (which I did), I had to open my credit card again to put more gas in (to get it to that 5/8 mark. If you give the vehicle to a customer if should be full. This way, the customer can brink it back full (and not have to bother with guessing "how much" will get me to 5/8. You should take this burden off the customer (and make your staff responsible for making sure a customer receives a vehicle which is full.

Check-in still took about 5-10 minutes, which was OK, but I had completed the express check-in and it seemed like they still needed to re-enter my address, credit card, and license. Not sure what the benefit was of checking-in online the night before.

Everything was well until I got ripped off when I was charged $21 dollars for gasoline when I only used the vehicle for 12 miles. Oh yes, The vehicle came with a hair line less than 1/4 of a tank of gasoline and the contract charges $30 dollars gasoline SERVICE charge if you bring the tank with less than 1/4 tank fuel. I was willing to pay for 12 miles worth of gasoline at $4 .25 per gallon. Extortion U haul on 23street Manhattan.

The staff was nice, but both vehicles were pretty dirty inside, if I was not pressed for time I would have requested something that was clean. One truck had mud in the cab on the passenger side, and the other was gritty which a air freshener spill over the cup hold areas.

I have to wait for 45 minutes to get the van and when i get there was nobody in front of me only one person working with a couple that have issues other person was setting and doing something on the computare insteed of helping me when i get the van was all dirty inside and when i asked the worker to get me an other one he said will be impossible cause it took him 30 minutes to get this one i had a reservervation i shuld not deal with this problems
