Almost no cell reception and with the new process of having to upload so many pics it took us a very long time - also kicked me out in middle of process then had to call customer service who had to transfer me to someone else - very different from prior experiences with online pickup

No one at the pick up location could assist with the checkin and give instructions. The manager was on vacation and an employee who was very nice could not give us any guidance. After a delay we were able to speak with someone by phone who completed paperwork remotely and got us on our way. If we had been prepared for this type of interaction. It may have been a better experience.
Stephen LWhen I rented online I didn’t know the location was just a side hustle for the business. I ordered blankets and they did not have the quantity I ordered. They were very friendly and notified the full service location nearby that I was coming for blankets which was helpful.
