Truck exterior was dirty. Truck check engine light was on the entire time.
Cory MThe truck was dirty with crumbs and dog hair all over it. Also the website allowed me to rent from mount joy but I received a call later on stating I needed to drive an extra 12 miles to Mannheim.
Kevin UI have never seen uhauls dropped off at this location and the woman working the front desk had no idea if I was to return it there or somewhere else nor did she know of any of the drop of procedures. Thankfully she did get in contact with her manager and the situation was figured out but only after I pushed for more information and informed her that there indeed should be check out details.
