Drop off location person in Manheim was very nice. Answered all of my questions. I was very nervous because the move for my brother took longer than expected, so I was very pleased that drop off location was open. Fellow was very nice, professional, helped me on all questions I had.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave blankets on hand if possible. The attendant told us there were no blankets, but when we got to our destination and opened the truck, there were six in the back. What a wonderful surprise!
