I made the reservation before I arrived. The rate I was told upon making the reservation was not honored. I was charged an additional $18 more. It took an hour to pick up the uhaul. I was on a tight schedule and this delay was unnecessary. I was back and forth on phone calls with different uhaul people in Manheim. One who was running a business…checking out customers while trying to pull up my reservation (this was on the phone not the Sunoco cashier where I picked up). On top of that, I was charged an additional $9.50 for gas upon return even though we filled it to where we were told it needed to be upon return. I was able to get the $9.50 refunded. I am extremely dissatisfied! I will look at renting from someone else next time!

Having worked for a competitor of UHaul for 13 years, I was impressed by the ease of checking out using the app. Truck was newer, clean and met my needs. Not to mention it was there the day I needed it.
