The pick-up process took over an hour and they did not have either the requested dolly or blankets. We were moved to this location by dispatch a couple days prior and they even made us pick it up a day early. If that option were to come up again, we will refuse to change. The corporate locations are far better equipped to service our needs.
Stewart ZI had no issues. The staff was kind and professional. It was a great experience.
DOUGLAS RThe location was ok and the service was good but the owner is not able to rent all equipment at one location which creates chaos and problems on move day. Truck was clean but had service engine light come on as soon as I left the lot.
