The location was closed so I used the virtual feature to return the equipment
I had to travel over 40 min to pick up the track and when I got to the location, it had no gas. I also didn't receive the packing supplies I paid for and I wasn't reimbursed for it. I will not recommend U-Haul to my friends and family.
Jess, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and demonstrated poor customer service skills. I was automatically charged two days-1/27 10:15AM to 1/28 2:15PM- when I went to pick up the Uhaul after I asked for only one day. The original receipt for the Uhaul did not explain why I was being charged such a high amount except for that it must be returned at 2:15PM the next day- a 28 hour period. We ended up needing the Uhaul for a one more load around 12pm on 1/28 and I called Jess to ask if we were able to keep the Uhaul for a few more hours to finish the job. She initially sounded irritated and claimed she could extend my time until 10AM but it was already reserved for another guest on 1/29. I thought she was implying I would have to pay for another day. Once I dropped off the Uhaul and recieved my final bill I noticed that I was billed for 2 sessions or two full days. I went onto the website I learned that the Uhaul is rented in increments of 24 hour periods after I returned the Uhaul. I called back to ask about my billing statement for the second time and she was extremely rude! She started over talking when I was speaking/ asking questions and got really defensive. I told her it was obviously a misunderstanding but suggested that next time-or for future guests- it could have been explained better. It was fuatrating I was charged two days, didnt even know/realize I could have kept it for longer. She said I went over the 24 hour return period which is why I was charged that amount. She didnt tell me those conditions initially and charged me two days when I picked up the Uhaul right off the bat. So technically, I could have kept the Uhaul for that extra load I needed to do since I was already being charged. When I was trying to be civil about it and just asking normal questions she ended up getting more agressive and talking even louder over me; to the point where my husband could hear her on the phone when he was across the room. Overall the situation was very frustrating and could have been avoided when I called the first time when I asked if I could have kept the Uhaul for a few more hours. Especially when I was already charged for 2 days and only had it for 28 hours. Very dissappointed in the customer service and how she treated me. I've rented a storage at that location before as well as rented a Uhaul and was never treated so poorly in the past. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and initally was upset because I asked her questions about a job she should know how to do.

Your team of renter at the storage place where extremely helpful and understanding. We had the some bad weather and I needed the truck for a couple extra days, they were very helpful in working with me. I only had one other person helping me move my three bedroom house and I had no worries putting my furniture in the clean truck. Very nice. Thank you.

The StorQuest Storage and UHaul location provides the most stellar customer service ever! My UHaul equipment was ready when I got to the location and Mara made the whole experience, cheerful, fast and easy from beginning to turn-in! It is so refreshing to have a UHaul Specialist just so happy to see you when you walk in the door! No improvements necessary here, unless you can squeeze in a soda machine or two? Just Kidding! Other than that, StorQuest is the best!

It would be better next time if the clerk at the desk could give a guided hike up the beautiful mountains behind the uhaul dealer with with a free continental breakfast. Along with a set of new snow tires for the trip home.

The location was great. My experience with the Uhaul company itself was beyond horrible. I had many many many problems with the call center and with extreme effort got it resolved. I will NEVER use uhaul again.
Were able to rent us a truck on extremely short notice. The main difficulty seemed to be Uhaul's software, which turned out to be glitchy: certain features didn't work in popular browsers like Chrome, only in IE. The agent did some good problem solving to get around this.
The truck needs an alignment. All tires nearly new, but front left is seriously worn on the outside edge.
