First I had to run all over to get to location then I pulled in to a place that looked like it was closed. Greeted by a dog barking and coming at me with no one around. Then the lady comes out and dog jumps on our car. Once she gets it put away she comes out and says well you coming in. Get rid the dogs. This U-Haul pickup was the worst all the Mankato U-Haul should go through training

KATIE HTruck used...the tire check light came on during use. Overall the service was good.
Randy CI would appreciate it if my reservation remained at the location where I placed the reservation instead of getting moved to another less convenient location for no apparent reason. If I had wanted to rent a truck at a different location I would have reserved a truck at that location. Luckily, Barb was super helpful and took care of switching it back for me. She had plenty of trucks available.
