Check out was slow. Help unkept and business a mess, his regular business that is.

Everything was great. They got me checked out quickly.

The lot (a small car lot with too many cars) was too small to maneuver the rental van. It took me 15 minutes to back and pull forward a few times before I could get into a position to squeeze out of the lot. There has got to be a better place than this.

Easy to find but lot area is crowded with vehicles and equipment. Driveway narrower than most and not is easy to get into with larger equipment. Agent was very helpful and accommodating. Very friendly.

We had trouble starting it several times. We had to jump it 3 times and when we dropped it off in iron river Wisconsin it didn't start for them either. This was very inconvenient considering we drove 250 miles and had to either leave it running or jump start it whenever we stopped. Checking the batteries or alternator occasionally would be one suggestion we have for you. It would be appreciated if we could get reimbursed for at least some of our rental fee for our troubles.
