I would appreciate it if my reservation remained at the location where I placed the reservation instead of getting moved to another less convenient location for no apparent reason. If I had wanted to rent a truck at a different location I would have reserved a truck at that location. Luckily, Barb was super helpful and took care of switching it back for me. She had plenty of trucks available.

Robert KI had a gift certificate to redeem and at pickup, the assistant was clueless on how to add certificate and told me to call U-Haul . Then I called U-Haul and agent was clueless on gift certificate and told me to contact the assistant at drop off location ., and guess what.. the assistant at drop off said that this can be done only during pickup. Bunch of incompetent people not letting me use my hard earned money. Should have gone with Penske or a mover
