I had a gift certificate to redeem and at pickup, the assistant was clueless on how to add certificate and told me to call U-Haul . Then I called U-Haul and agent was clueless on gift certificate and told me to contact the assistant at drop off location ., and guess what.. the assistant at drop off said that this can be done only during pickup. Bunch of incompetent people not letting me use my hard earned money. Should have gone with Penske or a mover
