I forgot lady name (my apologies) trust me if you ever go there you will definitely know who she is because as soon you walk through the door she will acknowledge you & make you want to spend the money. (She’s very friendly) The process was extremely quick and her customer service was a 10/10!😊 Yes I will be renting from this location again if I ever need a U-Haul. If you’re ever in need of a U-Haul this is definitely the place to go to! More businesses need more people like her🤝

I tried to communicate with them several times and no one would answer the phone. In all fairness I was told that the receptionist mom was in the hospital because of a car accident so she was gone. There still should be someone to be on hand to answer phones for customers.
