The trailer I rented was supposed to have brakes but they were broken and I didn’t realize it until the trailer was already loaded. My appointment to pick up the trailer was scheduled for 9:00 AM and nobody showed up to open the location until 9:25. I was then told I have to go to the back of the lot to hook up the trailer myself and come to the from when I am finished so they can take a picture of it attached. When I came to return the trailer, the person inside the building waved me to drop it off in the back packing lot, again, they did not help to disconnect the trailer. I would NOT recommend this location. Next time I will drive 20 minutes to patchogue. They are always very helpful.

The gentleman on Tuesday has been there from my beginning rental of storage last September. He has been very pleasant and helpful . Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time for me. DIANE BIt took over 45 minutes to use the mobile app to pick up a van. I had to call customer service and sit on the phone. They could use a wifi hotspot to connect to in order to be sure this doesn’t happen.
