I was supposed to pick up a 20 ft van in a different location at 8:00 yesterday morning. But for some reason there was no van there when I showed up. And the place wasn't open yet so I couldn't go in and talk to anyone. I was on the phone with U-Haul for an hour. They sent me to another location that had plenty of vans but they weren't open till 9:30. That place was great that lady helped me instantly. But it really makes me mad I wasted my time and had to pay for van that wasn't there before I could speak someone on the phone. The storage unit with the lady was very helpful. But it's still put me 2 hours behind schedule yesterday.
