MARTHA OAfter hours so did not interact with personnel. So really that should be n/a. Just not very clearly marked and very dark/poorly lit at night.
STEPHANIE Dthe auto transport trailer i rented had one chain, when there should have been four. the clerk was very nice and helpful. it wasn't his fault the trailer was lacking chains. He helped me solve that problem by sending me to a different u-haul dealer who couldn't solve the problem. but sent me through the qr code to get proper help. the contractor was excellent.
