My experience was horrible. They called the day before and changed my pickup location it was changed to a gas station in a bad part of town. The gas station worker did now speak English well and didn’t even know the truck was there. He literally took the keys out of the drop box and handed them to me. The truck had a quarter tank of gas, was so filthy I could barely see out the window, the windshield wipers were in shreds and unusable. There was a homeless version living on the ground a few feet behind the truck. The truck was damaged, I took pictures of the damage and called in and reported all this and was told we would receive a call from the area manager Jason. He did not call. They are now saying the damage was caused by me. I have called multiple times and I keep being told I need to talk to the area manager and he will call me but it doesn’t happen
