We rented a toy hauler, luckily I had a four-wheel-drive vehicle because I had to pull over numerous 8 inch curbs to get the trailer out. I even had to pull the trailer over an 8 inch curb to get it out from the location It was stored. The person inside the store said they don’t normally rent that type of trailer from there, but it was crazy, even to return it I had to back it in the spot it went in, but it had to go over an 8 inch curb in my truck had to go over an 8 inch curb almost needing four-wheel-drive because my tires were spinning. This isn’t right, also he handed me an electrical connection needing four-wheel-drive because my tires were spinning. This isn’t right, also he handed me an electrical extension, but had no way to hook it up to a seven pin connection that was on my 2020 truck. If I didn’t have the seven pin to four pin connection it never would’ve worked. They didn’t even know whether it was a 2 inch ball or 2 5/8 inch ball needed for the hook up. Because it was a toy hauler I thought it would be 2 5/8 inch, it ended up being 2 inch but we had to try everything. It’s kind of ridiculous to rent from a spot that they don’t know anything about hitch’s/connections and have you just say pull out, over huge curbs and broken concrete. This wasn’t right, we would like some type of refund for all of this.

Honestly the guy was lying from the gate. Just a hustle. He wasn't listening to me and he says I never told him the route. Which is crazy cuz I explained it in great detail. Plus his broken English and strong accent was not helpful.
Scott pMy experience was horrible. They called the day before and changed my pickup location it was changed to a gas station in a bad part of town. The gas station worker did now speak English well and didn’t even know the truck was there. He literally took the keys out of the drop box and handed them to me. The truck had a quarter tank of gas, was so filthy I could barely see out the window, the windshield wipers were in shreds and unusable. There was a homeless version living on the ground a few feet behind the truck. The truck was damaged, I took pictures of the damage and called in and reported all this and was told we would receive a call from the area manager Jason. He did not call. They are now saying the damage was caused by me. I have called multiple times and I keep being told I need to talk to the area manager and he will call me but it doesn’t happen
