Only issue was trying to return the trailer to this location. My agreement was to have the trailer returned to this location in Manteo NC. For some reason U-Haul changed my drop off location to one aprox 45 minutes from Manteo. I called Berrys to see if he could accept my return as agreed but was told he had too many trailers my size and I would need to convince U-Haul to let me drop it there. Not very customer friendly. After pleading with the U-Haul rep I was able to drop it where I originally planned.
