There was no one there, neither was there anyone there on Monday when we went back to get an item left in the truck. No one answered the phone. However, the lady at the 800# was very helpful and we was able to get back in the truck

U-Haul changed the drop off location last minute. While the location was convenient the lot was small. It was after dark and after hours so there was no interaction with any employees of the operator. The issue with the location is no defined parking (if marked I couldn’t see & no signage. The location I originally picked originally was a much larger space with defined parking..
