When they come pick it up somewhere it need to say " on the screen where you wait to stay on screen and may take an approximate amount of time". I kept backing out thinking I had done something wrong.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe store at this location was closed the day we dropped off, but the lot was clean and organized, and the drop box and drop off instructions were super visible and accessible.
Skye HOnly reason I marked No is the trl had packing blankets and some debris still in it. The cab had 2 empty bottles and tshirt.
Belinda JMy only comment is that Casey Brooks the area field manager went absolutely above and beyond to provide outstanding performance for me. He is the reason that anytime I need to rent a truck for moving again it will be a U-Haul.
Daniel HAfter the reservation is made, I wish the email would include more info as to how the checkin with the app is to work. Both times I have used a self check location, I was not able to figure out the app. When clicking the pick up truck button, it did nothing. I had to call and the person said I had to refresh the app till it showed the exact time it was and not like the noon time it was scheduled for. Not sure why that matters at the point to pick up the truck. Why doesn't it capture the time when getting into the taking pictures and all before driving the vehicle. Just a little frustrating.
