I can say the staff member that spoke with me through email and text was very prompt in answering my questions and concerns and she took care of it within 2 days. I believe her name was Cindy C. and fixed the issue after I had moved items out of unit. The unit just needed maybe some wd-40 but overall, it was good. Thank you.
