After the reservation is made, I wish the email would include more info as to how the checkin with the app is to work. Both times I have used a self check location, I was not able to figure out the app. When clicking the pick up truck button, it did nothing. I had to call and the person said I had to refresh the app till it showed the exact time it was and not like the noon time it was scheduled for. Not sure why that matters at the point to pick up the truck. Why doesn't it capture the time when getting into the taking pictures and all before driving the vehicle. Just a little frustrating.

Nobody onsite to resolve ANY emergent issues. U-Haul app very confusing & NOT user friendly. Huston & Lee Management were unavailable to help with return. Next time, I will choose a different rental agency as there are several others available in the surrounding community. Secondly, the truck sounded terrible and on several occasions I thought it would stall at low speed. When turning the truck it make noises that led me to believe that the cab of the truck being stressed. The engine noise (not exhaust) sounded like metal on metal. The truck seemed to have ample power and the storage area was clean, dry and functional.
