Truck I was rented had 2 holes in the gas tank and was obviously known about because there was duct tape over one of the holes. Didn't discover until opening the back and starting moving things into the truck and smelling gas. Not saying who is at fault but if you are renting trucks and responsible for maintaining them you need to know what you're doing. Dealing with them customer service wise was fine and they were polite and easy to deal with but this is a huge safety issue and makes me question the condition of other vehicles.b

Well I honestly feel scammed. I ordered a uhaul and said that I wanted to pick it up from coon rapids and got a call from a uhaul rep and said that I wasn’t allowed to and had to pick it up from two different locations. It really made my move that much more difficult. Then I said I needed 100 miles per truck and was allotted an extra 30. I only used maybe 50-60 miles and was never refunded the amount of miles I didn’t use. I also wanted to keep the uhauls for a total of 6 days and ended up returning them 2 days sooner and was also not refunded for that either.

MUSTAFE ONo furniture pads personnel need more training didn’t know important information regarding expectations for example taking photos or video of truck normally you would think dealer would accompany customer. To vehicle go over condition fuel level etc
