I dropped the vehicle off a day earlier, and rental was never stocked in. Rec’d multiple calls & texts from u-haul about not returning the truck. All charges were subsequently fixed but it was a pain.

Kevin TI wanted to rent an applian e dolly and put it into my reservation. When I got to the location the gal I formed me they had a UTILITY dolly, but no application dolly as they were not a full-service location. It was a complete waste of time for me as we needed to move appliances and it forced me to make more stops to get the supplies I needed on a day that was stressful enough as it is.
angela HDustin was very helpful, however the pickup was delayed by almost 2 hours due to a rate change on my reservation. When I was presented with my paperwork, the rate was over triple what my original quote stated. When I mentioned this to Dustin, he tried to update it in the system to match my original quote, which then resulted in another increase. After trying several times to fix it and talking with his manager, he had to call the 800 number to get someone to fix the issue. After almost 2 hours, corporate was able to fix the issue and get my original price on the contract. All of this after having me drive almost 1 1/2 hours out of my way to get the trailer since they couldn't find a trailer for me to pick up with the truck I rented. U haul totally failed on this reservation. I will NOT use them in the future unless it is the only option available!!
