It was smooth. The door was locked so Id didn't interact with anyone. Just dropped off the keys at the drop-off box after parking and refueling U-Haul.

Really hard to know what I'm being charged.

JERROD HDishonest! By careful and take pictures as proof for every steps. Rent a 19’ truck for short moving of queen set bed. Less than 2KM each way and total range less than 5KM. However, this shop added $70 distance charge for less than 5KM plus extra $16 insurance which I did NOT choose. They made a correction for the wrong distance charge after I called, but still no refund for $16 insurance. That’s how they treat return customers. Fraud!
Xin ZGuy didn’t show up 2 times for pickup time of trailer . Never using U-Haul again
