Owner tried to rip me off by putting wrong amount of mileage at pick up on receipt. Actual mileage was 69920 miles and receipt showed 66907 miles. Owner did take picture of mileage so doubt it was a mistake. Unfortunately, I forgot to check mileage at drop off, but overall mileage used looks pretty high as per my calculation of mileage of all trips taken with the rental but can’t verify. I did call U-Haul customer service and they did say they would correct discrepancy, and expect a credit within the next few days. Hope I get it. That being said customer service was professional. That was with the extra star. Not sure I can indicate the location. It I will avoid it at all cost!
