Pick up location was JV convenient store but the truck was not there. The clerk told me this was wrong location and had to walk there since I was dropped off. UHAUL responded by saying that is their 2nd location but stated no where about them having 2 locations. Took me over an hr to just pick the rental up after all confusion with customer service and proper pick up location.

I was not able to get proper information about the towing capacity, limitations and end it up not being able to achieve my goal which was towing back home my RV trailer. Now, I think the hitch ball are not set for RV trailer towing which is contradicting of the statement of high towing capacity that I got informed.
