This location should not be part of U-Haul. Operator was rude, uncooperative and lied to me. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul operation

They charge me extra for nothing I called them no answer
MASOUD NAll was great! To take the photos was challenging but I figured it out after some time to allow camera to take photos.
JOYCE WThe roll up did did not go down, ruined our entire moving day. Tried contacting uhual who transferred me to somebody who then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me.
Tanner SEquipment was old, steered terrible, smelled awful. Blankets were to be supplied, had to phone and get codes for other trucks to take from. No on site service. Was told by phone, just use the app. Or drive a few blocks to a convenience store to wait in line.
