BRIAN SThis was a bit of a mess. I rented a small cube van and an appliance dolly to move some appliances and cabinets. Everything was fine until I got to my move out destination and found that the truck I rented had no ramp. Why would you rent a customer an appliance dolly and send them off with a truck with no ramp? I guess it was partly my fault for not checking but common sense would suggest that the U-Haul person would have mentioned the need for a ramp with an appliance dolly. The result was that I had to return the truck and get a bigger truck with a ramp which resulted in my being charged for two truck rentals. I will look elsewhere for moving truck rental in the future.
