Poor customer service when locks do not work. Then again the locks are crap.

The movers I hired quit as soon as they saw what needed to be moved and the two flights of stairs. They didn't even message me they told my son in law. The invoice was charged to my visa card and charged to my sons visa card as well. Great experience definitely not hiring movers from u haul. Ad far as the double charge I will contact the office and complain.
