I have used All-Star a number of times and felt my needs were always observed when possible. I had hoped to get my truck a day early so I could stretch out the loading due to hot summer in Texas, but the truck had been rented, unfortunately. I would love there to be two of each size at this location to meet the needs in the extreme heat months.

Charles DEverything was great
Dee HI rented a U-Haul for 24 hours didn’t even use it for a few hours and about 60 miles ! Returned it to the marble falls location where I got it from. Since than I have been harassed by the slaughter location that I never even went too!!! Now they have triple charge my credit card !!!! They took the rental and never checked it back in and let some other person take it! What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Christie BTC was very kind and helpful. Will definitely use this company again and refer them to anyone in need.
