The only complaint that I have is, the road to get from where I picked up the UhAul to move to my new town was out. So I had to go around. I was told to tell them I shouldn’t get charged for extra mileage and gas when returning, but no one was there during drop off. They ended up charging me anyways.

We have used this facility on multiple occasions.
MOLLY MOur rental was not recorded as being returned in a timely manner. We were making calls to request it be checked in so we would not be marked as still active. It became stressful and unnecessary.
TIMOTHY LThe mileage that you allowed for our trip did not account for the remoteness of this location and that we would have several extra in town miles added to get from this location to our house and storage unit. As a result, we ended up having to pay for many extra miles.
