Christine KWe had no problem dropping it off here, the lady was super nice, she checked everything said we owed over $100 for gas and milage which I did not understand cause I went straight to Marble Hill from Dixon. Now they charged my father $900 without even asking why was this? The UHaul was dirty and had no blankets causing my furniture to be damaged. I can't get a hold of nobody today so please call me at 5733218699 so we can figure this out. This is the only hiccups I had, paying way over $1000 for a dirty UHaul??? ANGELA GMy reservation location for pick up was changed last min the day before and I was unable to get it changed what worked for me aka the customer. The email was sent after U-Haul was closed for the weekend. I drove extra miles making refueling and mileage more for me. I am not happy.
