I brought the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel as when I left with it and only drove 10 miles. They said they would email the receipt and when I received it they has charged me for 2 gallons of gas.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is for Uhaul in general. Not having the 6x12 trailer at the location Paris Ky and then not having it at tge Lexington ky location. It was a very inconvience to travel 26 mile one way away from my location to get a trl. I booked this a month in advance. The location in Richmond was very helpful and easy to work with.
Joseph MI thought I had applied for a location 1.5 miles from my home, it was at one 8.5 miles away. A battle to get the lock opened to get the keys Then the same with the lock on the back of the U-Haul Truck was clean and all was easy after getting the truck.
