Insufficient parking to return vehicles. I was returning a 20' truck, which you cannot park just anywhere, and there was no room in the lot. When I tried to park it elsewhere, another shop owner in the complex told me to move the vehicle. Also, the inside of the equipment was not especially clean, the check engine light was on in the vehicle, and the truck was generally not well-maintained. Thankfully, I didn't have to drive it very far.

I have never been to a nicer location to get my U-Hauls. We have several locations around the corner from our home but, I choose this location due to how friendly & helpful they are. They go above & beyond to make reservations simple & easy. Then at pickup, they treat you like family & have everything ready to go for an easy pickup/dropoff. If you are within the area, I HIGHLY recommend choosing The Office Party over any other location. They also have a spectacular store where you can find imported items you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
Jennifer ZTruck wasn't particularly clean inside. I took pictures of the dirt in the cab to ensure I wasn't charged. Thankfully, I only needed it for a few hours. Pickup was faster and smoother than other recent pickups I have made.
