Clean the car. There were food scraps all over the floor, spilled ice cream on the console. The back of the truck was full of moving blankets.

This location asked me to install the trailer because they did not have anyone strong enough to put it on. I had to mention to her that it is UHAUL's policy that the vendor install the trailer. The trailer was not clean. It had cigarette butts all inside and disposed of cups and it smelled like pee. Not a great experience, and then they have the nerve to charge me full price. Not acceptable. I rent to frequently and never make these type of reviews, even though I've had poor service many times in the past.
