The vehicle was not clean when I picked up and when I added that the vehicle was not clean when i finished using it I got charged for the cleaning fee. I need a refund since the vehicle was never clean. It had stains and dirt all over the cup holders and the rugs all dirty with sand…. I even uploaded pictures. It was clearly not cleaned. Also, the blankets to cover my furniture smelled horrible like if they got wet and storages without drying them out. Only good thing was the customer service to whom I spoke to try to figure out the check in pictures cause even that was giving me issues
