Man behind the counter was rude and acted like I was interrupting him when I went in to get my rental. Told me there were no blankets (which I had ordered) on the truck nor were there any Dollie’s… I have tried to use U-Haul on the 10th (NIGHTMARE) as well as the 13th (2nd NIGHTMARE) and will do everything possible to avoid using them EVER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!
