Mark Btruck wasn't ready at appointed pick up time Did not realize I could not pay by check attendant told me to make sure I left close to amount of gas that was in vehicle. I did not verify what paperwork indicated and refilled above amount gauge showed when I picked up
RICHARD SOrdered blankets and upon arrival none were available. . Also no tie down straps.
