Internally being down delays us getting the truck on the day reserved, and it has to wait. Also, received run around with reservation location being changed without receiving any notification until one hour before the appointment. Truck engine light was on and slipping when driving. Truck floor was slight dusty on pickup. Was expected for miunatins.
