Very friendly service. The hostess mentioned she had been operating her location for 40 years. I told her I was a repeat customer as I had rented there 32 years ago!

Nothing. It is a very old location, many would call it historic because it’s got so many decades of interesting things. The couple were interesting to talk to, and we’re very specific in their instructions in preparation. Overall, it was a great experience.
Geoff WFran & Phil are wonderful and I love doing business with them. One thing I think needs to be addressed by the Corporate powers that be is the ability to change or pay the final bill with a different credit card than the one provided when booking. I decided I wanted to use my Amex Card instead of my Discover/Debit Card via my bank account at check out, however, I was told there wasn't a way to change that because I had already been charged via my Discover/Debit Card. Prior to me using the truck, those charges were just in the 'pending' status so I don't know why there would be no ability to change the payment method when the truck is returned.

Tamy WThe drop off location was about 30 miles away (60 mile round trip). but was the only place willing to take the trailer I had. The closer location had no room. This is a somewhat remote area where I am. The personnel were friendly overall there.
