Phil and Fran really took care of us in a tight spot with our teardrop trailer blowing a tire. They were great at having a trailer to get us to our campsite and were making sure we were connected correctly and safely. They definitely made a bad day so much brighter and cannot thank them enough! Could not have had a better experience! Thank you both!

They were really nice, let me set up a truck for my son over the phone, so I didn't have to be there to pick it up.
eddie gPonderosa Auto & Tow is a rural drop-off that does not easily accept after-hours drop offs. Although closed for the 4th of July holiday, they graciously answered their phone and accepted drop off outside of their yard, although they are not really well setup to do so. Best to return during regular business hours. Ironically, my return time/date was schedule for their closed time...so this was a bit confusing.
