I only drove approximately 6 km, however I was charged for over 20 km. This appears to be incorrect and I would like this reviewed.

Take pictures of the gas meter and mileage - there was inconsistence I cannot validate when returning the truck or review the documentation with the customer

TERENCE CThe uhaul rep shouldn't have used profanity over the phone. It was quite insulting and rude behaviour.
PREM RI would recommend having at least two people working the shift at the end of the month since it's a busy time with people moving in/out and needing a moving van. But the guy who worked on Jan 31st in the morning was friendly and very helpful.
