Took forever as one person pumping gas and servicing uhaul customers anyhow straps on one side was not going when I was ready to haul, one clip of my power wire on my jeep was damaged while the guy was trying to fit it in! When I called from drop off location no admittance provided and was told to call customer service to complain about drop off location not taking the return. Total experience was awful overall with uhaul and we have been renting for long time but reconsidering uhaul for our needs.
RAHIMULLAH RThe dealer was very helpful and attentive. Prompt attention. This is a good location as you can refill gas at the time of return. One item that needs attention. In winter time such as this, the vehicle windshield washer should not be empty. This vehicle was empty. Also, perhaps a snow brush should be a standard item in the vehicle.
ARTHUR SI was not given any documents to sign on pickup!! I wasn't aware of my starting mileage and gas amount to start with. Then I was charged 10 extra km and $18 of gas!! I route myself in Google Map, my trip was 22 km. Will never do this dealer again and will not consider UHAUL as my choice from Jan 13, 2026!
ANDREW CWe did online booking for a different location and had booked furniture dolly as well but this location didn't have it..we were not informed when we spoke with teleagent whom we had to call for rebooking. 2 days before location change also added trouble at last minute in midst of our already busy schedules. There is no discount or support provided for this inconvenience even after booking way in advance.
