Holes in the floor of the trailer - everything dirty and broken wires so trailer lights did not work Not worth the money we pd to rent.

When calling to make sure the Uhaul was ready we were informed that the 17foot truck we'd reserved didn't exist. We were given a 26foot truck instead even though it was FAR too large for our purposes. Additionally, the truck was ready an HOUR after it was reserve for because "they lost the key." We were not reimbursed for our time or for the extra gas that such a large truck required. that truck used up WAY more gas than the 17 foot truck would have. The supports that we bungee corded our light equipment to snapped and resulted in hundreds of dollars of lost product and broken equipment. I would not give this experience ANY sort of positive remarks whatsoever.

The facility closed at noon on Saturday. It is disconcerting to drop off the rental without being able to talk to someone to confirm the drop off. What if it was stolen overnight before some confirmed its return?? Who is at fault? Thanks.

The truck I was driving shook violently. I driven uhaul truck 3 times in the last year to move and they all drove perfect, no shaking. This truck had a problem, I didn’t feel safe driving. If I was just driving down the road it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I was moving to a new state 5 hours away. I really want a credit from uhaul for the terrible experience.

I was called a day before my planned move to tell me that my specific vehicle was not available for pickup at the location I wanted. One was offered to me at a different location, which was 40 miles farther away from my destination. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Previous moves were not a lot better. I had to change moving plans on two separate occasions and compromised to accept a smaller vehicle for this move. Why is this a problem since I made an online reservation a week prior? Suggested solutions: Call more than a day ahead if equipment is not available or move equipment around to accommodate your customer's plans, instead of the other way around.

I was informed 2 days before move that I would be getting a smaller van, but at the same fees, which cost me more, as I had to make an extra trip, pay extra mileage, pay my help for longer day. The option offered was for me to rent a trailer, which I would have had to add a hitch to use. Too late for any other options....very stressful, but agents were very gracious. 1st time having such experience in over 45 yrs of using UHaul

My equipment was NOT available when I arrived; had to spend 45 mins on the phone waiting for cust service. Then ended up with a much more expensive trailer than what I had reserved or needed - with no discount.

Lights did not work on the trailer that I ordered (5x8). He attempted to repair but was not able to. He rented us a next bigger size to remidy the situation and we were on our way. Make sure all trailers have working lights before attempting to rent out.

The truck was supposed to be ready at 8am. I had the movers scheduled for 1pm. I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance. The saturday afternoon before my monday may 8 reservation i got a text that the truck would not be ready until 2pm! It is Saturday afternoon, everything is closed and I am left with no options! I called uhall. The lady in traffic was very rude and told me there is no way to schedule a time even though that is what I did 3 weeks ago! I filed a complaint with uhall. I was told a manager would call at 8 am monday may 8th. I never heard from anyone. Uhall doesnt care. I had to reschedule movers and deal with chaosat the last minute. Terrible experience.

The UHaul location was closed before it's closing hours. As new customers we had questions but could not find any answers or get any help because although we arrived PRIOR to closing, there was no one there to help out. Additionally, the UHaul location is not clearly marked or easily found if not a Marshall, MN, resident.
