Leith MWhen got there the store closed and had to wait for 4 hours for them to open then when it opened only had to drop off and not signature or any documents.
Todd MI am sooooo very upset with this experience. The equipment was not ready for use. We had to call u-haul to assist us as it was buried in snow. Nobody was at the location. There was snow all over the vehicle. It was frozen into the ground. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Christine KThe place wasn’t open that day and the 24/7 mobile pickup on app wasn’t working because it wasn’t set up apparently. Had to be on the phone with U-Haul for an hour while they were just as confused as I was. I’d rather just cancel my entire move than ever go to this location for a U-Haul ever again.
