LAKEENA WOur truck was not set up for the 24 hr pickup. We were supposed to pick it up at 7:30 am but we had to wait for the store to open at 9 am to get our truck. They also never called to confirm our truck. I had to call the national U-Haul line to confirm.
Jason DThe original pick up location turned out to be a Truck Assist location only. After calling the 800 Assist line, the gentleman located this new pick up location. The gentleman there was courteous & helpful. The move then proceeded & completed without incident.
