Small lot for the business and they asked me to park the equipment in a lot down the street. They did not offer to move the equipment for me and made me walk back a block to drop off the key.

MARK WExcellent service with a smile on his face. This attendant was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a U-Haul rental. This experience really made-up from previous one were attendant(s) were very impersonal and dry to the bone.
Kelly JI have rented from this location 2 times. One time, our rental was transferred to another location without any communication. This time, we arrived only to find out that our truck wasn't available and our only option was a much smaller truck than we really needed. The employee tried to be helpful but it is just frustrating to not have the equipment we really needed when it was booked well in advance.
